Automated Mechanical Services

Automated Mechanical Services (AMS) is a HVAC controls company serving small to mid-size air-conditioning companies in the central Florida area since 2002. We provide DDC, electronic, electromechanical and pneumatic controls support to HVAC companies that choose not to provide that type of service in-house. We specialize in primarily Trane and ASI Controls. We vary our level of support to turn key, engineering or simply just programming support.

Parts Center

Do you need old Trane control parts? We have a substantial amount of refurbished parts that are no longer available through the manufacturer. We'll be happy to supply the part and / or provide programming support as well.

Project Spotlight

One of our most recent accomplishments was the retrofit of the controller serving a seventy-two ton variable air volume water cooled package unit. This became necessary as the existing controller failed. A replacement controller was unavailable through the manufacturer as the unit was twenty-six years old. Unit replacement wasn't an option due to its location within the facility. We suggested that we install a generic BACNet Programmable Controller and perform custom programming to mimic the original controller. The client approved and we were able to provide this service without any interruption to the client.
