Katie manages all aspects of the office operation including service call management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and invoicing. Katie has been with us since 2008.

John supervisors the mechanical service group. He's been working in the commercial & industrial HVAC industry since 1985. John specializes in the diagnosis and repair of advanced mechanical systems. From chillers to small package equipment, John has effeciently and professionally serviced it all. John joined our team in 2004.

Controls Group Supervisor
Dave supervises the controls group. He's been working in the commercial & industrial HVAC controls industry since 1994. Dave specializes in the diagnosis and repair of advanced DDC control systems. Dave is especially profecient with the Trane Tracer, Tracer Summit, Trane Tracker and ASI Controls product lines. Dave joined our team in 2004.
